1. Payment

We accept payment via Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, and Mobile Money.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full amount (product cost + shipping + any applicable taxes).

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders will be shipped to the address you provide. We aim to process orders within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by region.

Free shipping applies for orders over GH₵ 450.

3. Returns & Refunds

• a)You may request a return or refund within 3 days from delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, with tags.
• b)Customised items (if any) may not be eligible for returns unless faulty.
• c)Refunds will be issued via the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (text, images, logo, graphics) is owned or licensed by STAY UP OUTLETS. You may not reproduce, modify or distribute without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our site or products.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed by and construed under the laws of Ghana. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghana.
