We offer both nationwide and international shipping. All orders are carefully packaged and shipped through our trusted delivery partners to ensure they arrive safely and in good condition.

Shipping Within Ghana

  • Free shipping on all orders of GHS 5,500 and above
  • For orders below GHS 5,500, shipping is calculated after your order is placed. Our team will contact you with the delivery cost before dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Due to varying courier rates, customs requirements, and delivery locations, international shipping costs are not fixed.

Please note that international delivery timelines may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and courier service.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details where available.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Return Policy

We want you to love your Stay Up Outlets purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via email or phone
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable method
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, we're happy to exchange your item. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your return. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items
